Argyll Kayaks are delighted to be running the 2022 Mid West Sea Kayak Symposium:
the sea kayak symposium with a difference!
The Knapdale village of Tayvallich is the fantastic setting for our 3 day symposium for novice and improver sea kayakers. With a real focus on providing quality kayak coaching sessions in the right conditions for learning, we have one coach to every six participants and a maximum of 36 participants. You'll have a much more personal experience than at other symposiums.
This year's symposium is headed up by local coach and guide, Dave Wilkinson. With a wide choice of practical sea kayak sessions over 3 days, this is the chance to improve your paddling technique, increase your paddling confidence or tackle a new aspect of boat handling... ...and to thoroughly enjoy the weekend making new friends!
The three day Symposium fee is £200 per person. Advance booking is required. To secure your place, download, complete and return the booking form - places are on a first come first served basis.

Argyll Kayaks (formerly Karitek) is a family-run business with over 25 years experience of kayaking and a lifetime of loving all things 'outdoorsy'. The business is headed up by Ann Shand and her son Stuart Hefron, with help from experienced kayaking coach Dave Wilkinson.
